    • Communication Square also proposed an optional flow that would move files from the Teams site to the standalone SharePoint site and then delete the original copy on Teams. Although the client ultimately chose the full replication model for maximum accessibility, the cleanup solution remains on standby for future needs.
  3. Implementation Steps
    • Power Automating Sharepoint Setup: Flows were configured to listen for file creation events across the two SharePoint environments.
    • Real-Time Duplication: Upon file upload, the flows immediately replicate the document in the secondary environment.
    • Logging & Monitoring: Built-in logging mechanisms allow the IT Department to track file movements, ensuring transparency and facilitating troubleshooting.
